Educational Path:
My academic journey started earlier with a Bachelor's degree in Economic Science and Business Administration at the Lebanese French University Faculty of Business from 2011 to 2013. My high school years were completed at Rawdat Al Fayhaa, where I received a Baccalaureate degree in Socio-Economics.
Professional Experience:
My current role as a Senior Field Officer at the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions (SALAR) in North Lebanon has allowed me to strengthen local development planning and the identification of service projects. I've worked diligently to improve accountability and the effectiveness of service improvement projects while advocating for Syrian inclusion in our interventions and crisis management efforts. Previously, I served as an Emergency Response Officer at the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) in North Lebanon, where I played a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and providing emergency cash assistance to newcomers. I also led responses to emergency events, such as floods and fires, while conducting rapid needs assessments and overseeing relief item distributions. My journey with NRC continued as a Community Management and Coordination Officer (CMC Officer), where I managed the Minie Community Center, coordinated weekly activities, and worked closely with the Minie Municipality on joint projects, always ensuring the welfare of refugees. Before that, I worked as a Community Capacity Building Assistant and Fire Safety Trainer in North Lebanon.
